EU IN BRUM's #EU #FlagUp activity at Great Birmingham Run, Sun 16 Oct 2016

The plan

  • Come to the Great Brum Run and wave, hang or hold European flags prominently

  • Particularly at the start and finish and throughout the course (map attached)

  • Runners wear European flags or pro-EU, pro-Remain clothing/items

  • Channel 5 is televising the event 10am-12pm – tv #visibility is best!

Come and enjoy the family fun of the Great Birmingham Run - and wave or hang European flags prominently, ideally in view of television cameras.

We're also supporting EU IN BRUM members taking part in the event - best of luck!

EU IN BRUM members will be waving European flags mainly around the Cannon Hill Park area, but if anyone can get a flag at or near the start and finish that would be amazing. 

Also please take photos and post with: #FlagUp @euinbrum
